Resort-like accommodations at motel prices...
The Bailey Lodge is a two story building with 11 units. All
of our units are two rooms. The front room has a queen-size bed, sofa, table &
chairs, fireplace, TV, small refrigerator, microwave, coffeepot and FREE
high-speed wireless internet. The back room has either another queen bed or two
twin beds. We’re homey, retro and clean and you'll love our Colorado hospitality! |
Rates:
- One (1) Person $83/night
- Two (2) People $95/night
- $20 per additional person over two (2)
people
- Additional children $7/night
- Hide-a-Bed or futon sofa available
in some lodge units
- 4 - 6 night stay 10% discount
- Stay 7 +nights, 15% discount!
- Ask about extended stay rates, mid-week & seasonal discounts, seasonal 2-night minimum stays. Late check-ins may require extra charge.
- Sales tax 3.9%

Reservation Policies:
30% deposit at time of reservation. A two-night
minimum is usually required on summer and holiday weekends and may
be required for other high-traffic times.
Summer Weekend Cancellation Policy: Full refund with 60 day notice
less $25 processing fee. 50% refund with 45 day notice less $25
processing fee. 25% refund with 30 day notice less $25 refund.
Reservation and Cancellation Policies may vary during our low
season!

Important Details:
All of our lodge
units are non-smoking. Pets are NOT allowed in rooms.
“Duraflame-type” logs MUST be used in fireplaces.
Limited housekeeping services are provided with daily trash
removal and replacement towels upon request.
Lost key charge: $50
Fine for smoking in unit: $500 |
