Reservation Policies:

High Season reservations and other high-traffic dates require a 50% deposit of the estimated fee. The balance is due at check-in. Deposit will be returned minus a $20 cancellation fee if you cancel 30 days in advance. 60 days cancellation may be required for group reservations (weddings, etc.)
