A Few Details...

Check-In: 3:00 P.M. is our standard but call if you need to sneak in earlier to the Bailey Lodge, our staff at our Rocky Mountain vacation getaway can probably help.
Check-Out: 11:00 A.M. is the standard but if you need to cheat the time a bit just ask

Pets: All of our rooms at the Bailey Lodge in the Rocky Mountains except for our three Premium Suites are pet-friendly for an extra $30/night for approved critters. We do ask that dogs are not left alone in the rooms.

Quiet Time : Please, from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. please keep noise levels down. You have sensitive friends here you haven't even met yet.

Smoking: ABSOLUTELY no smoking of any kind (including Marijuana) in the rooms. On the deck is OK if your windows and doors are closed but, please, be respectful.

Pond Fishing: Our pond is stocked with some really nice fish. We only allow, however, gentle catch-and-release in an effort to recycle those bad boys into some serious sizes. That means no bait and your lures must have the barbs pinched down (you know, more sporting). In truth, it's the fly boys who cleanup here.

Pool:  Unfortunately the pool is closed for 2026.  It is run by the HOA so we don't have control of operations.

Parking: The parking at the Bailey Lodge in the Rocky Mountains is normal, plus we can accommodate one semi truck or equivalent.

Cancellations: must be received by 3:00 P.M. MST at least 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival date or you will be subject to 50% charge of stay.  Always good to check on travel insurance for unexpected cancellations like weather, illness, etc.
